NDT Lab and Facilities

The field of NDT for industrial components is strictly regulated; the final evaluation of a component must be extremely accurate. UberSpec’s facilities boast an immaculate, cutting-edge laboratory in which technicians provide unparalleled, impeccable service.

UberSpec abides by a strict protocol that leaves nothing to chance. The equipment is always in optimal working order and rigorously calibrated. Stringent quality processes are followed in compliance with established methodologies and internal procedures.

Continuous improvement is at the forefront of our operations. We believe that although everything we do is over and above, there is always room for improvements. To that end, we incorporate 5S and Six Sigma methodologies in all our daily activities.

The processes used for component inspections take place in a pristine environment using the most advanced tools and methods. Beyond an efficient inspection and delivery of a report to the client, NDT is high-precision work with an emphasis on safety.

The testing will result in a report on the integrity of components and parts that will be used, either alone or assembled.  From this perspective, NDT is critical and must be performed by experts.
