Un champ magn\u00e9tique est mis en place dans la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier, soit par passage direct de courant \u00e9lectrique (magn\u00e9tisation directe), par l\u2019induction d\u2019un champ magn\u00e9tique (aimantation indirecte), ou par une combinaison des deux m\u00e9thodes.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;il y a une faille de surface ou sous la surface dans le mat\u00e9riau, les lignes magn\u00e9tiques de force seront d\u00e9vi\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface en dehors de la pi\u00e8ce. En appliquant des particules magn\u00e9tiques ultra fines sur la surface, elles seront attir\u00e9es vers ce champ de fuite et formeront une indication visible. Les particules peuvent \u00eatre fluorescentes ou non fluorescentes, selon la sensibilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;inspection.<\/p>\n<h3>Avantages:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-ok\">\n<li>Les grandes surfaces des pi\u00e8ces complexes peuvent \u00eatre inspect\u00e9es rapidement.<\/li>\n<li>Des d\u00e9fauts de surface ou sous la surface peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>La pr\u00e9paration de la surface est moins critique que dans l&#8217;inspection par ressuage.<\/li>\n<li style=\"letter-spacing: -1px;\">Les indications de particules magn\u00e9tiques sont produites directement sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 se trouve la faille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>D\u00e9savantages:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-x\">\n<li>Seuls les mat\u00e9riaux ferromagn\u00e9tiques peuvent \u00eatre inspect\u00e9s avec cette m\u00e9thode.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;alignement du champ magn\u00e9tique et du d\u00e9faut est critique.<\/li>\n<li>Des courants importants peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires pour des pi\u00e8ces tr\u00e8s imposantes.<\/li>\n<li>Les surfaces doivent \u00eatre relativement lisses.<\/li>\n<li>Les pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9magn\u00e9tis\u00e9es et nettoy\u00e9es apr\u00e8s inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;
